This Privacy Policy describes how Rcptly ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Rcptly collects the following information:

• Account information (name, email) when you sign in with Apple or Google
• Receipt images and data you scan within the app
• Onboarding responses (shopping habits, preferences)

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the app experience
• To send return deadline notifications you have enabled
• To process receipt images using AI (via OpenRouter API)

Data Storage

Receipt data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. Account information is stored securely via Firebase Authentication. Receipt images sent for AI parsing are processed by OpenRouter and are not stored by us.

Third-Party Services

• Firebase Authentication (Google) for sign-in
• OpenRouter for AI receipt parsing

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the app.
